Athena Blockchain partners with 303 Alternatives to expand into tokenized investments
Athena Blockchain announced today its agreement to partner with 303 Alternatives LLC, a FINRA regulated broker-dealer. The partnership will allow Athena Blockchain to expand its capabilities and provide compliant investment banking and structuring to the marketing and placement of tokenized investment products by operating under the oversight of the SEC and FINRA.
With offices in Chicago, Miami, and Santa Monica, Athena Blockchain will provide investment banking, structuring, and advisory services to issuers, sponsors, and promoters of securities by leveraging its deep legal, compliance, technical, and financial experience to structure offerings and provide access to capital markets
With the addition, Athena Blockchain’s ranks have grown to over 20 employees, including investment bankers and advisors hailing from established investment banks (including UBS, Nomura Bank, and Goldman Sachs), and renowned capital markets firms (including Cantor Fitzgerald, Magnetar Capital, Chicago Trading Company, and Greenhill). Athena brings a combination of crypto expertise and capital markets experience, allowing issuers of tokenized securities and traditional investment products compliant access to capital.
Athena Blockchain is the expansion of Athena Bitcoin, the company provides OTC bitcoin and cryptocurrency ATM services.
