Global REIT Project the first ever Blockchain-Based Sharia-Compliant REIT to be launched in the market. It works on the same mechanism as a traditional real estate investment trust (REIT) but integrating blockchain bringing further levels of transparency and the abiity for micro investors through tokenization of the assets under management, and the trusts pay dividends for holding Global REIT tokens.

Global REIT's ecosystem includes both the GREM and GRET tokens ERC20 tokens. Out of a total of 200 million GREM Tokens, 29% is allocated to the PreICO, 11% to the Public ICO, 55% for the fund managers, and 5% is reserved for the advisors of the project. The funds collected from the sale of GREM will be used as follows by the fund management company: 35% for sales and marketing, 30% for team compensation, 15% for admin expenses, 10% for legal and regulatory, 5% for audits and 5% for other expenses. The tokens retained by the fund managers will be used in the process of acquisition of assets in the future.


The soft cap of the project is 5 million, which was already reached and the hard cap is set at 20 million dollars USD. Their tokensale is has limited time bonuses for investors as well.
