Tron [TRX]’s Justin Sun announces competitions for the community during the TVM launch

On 30th August 2018, Justin Sun, the Founder and CEO of Tron Foundation, before the launch of the Tron Virtual Machine [TVM] addressed the Tron community and announced activities for the Tron community to partake in. Along with the activities, the Founder also briefed about the progress of Tron over the past two months.

The first activity announced by Justin was for all the Tronics who were watching the live stream of the Tron Virtual Machine launch. Prior to the launch, the CEO of the Foundation had announced about the activity on Twitter.

On his twitter handle, Justin announced:

“Will you be the luckiest one who will win the 8300 $TRX Grand Prize during live streaming? Make a move #TRONICS”

The competition will go on till 2nd September 2018. Tronics will be awarded 1 point if they follow Justin Sun on Twitter, 1 point for following him on Facebook, 1 point for retweeting his post, 1 point for subscribing Justin’s Youtube channel and 1 point for following Tron Foundation on Instagram. Moreover, Tronics will have a higher chance of winning the activity if they invite more people to compete with their referral link as they will be awarded 1 point for each invite.

The second activity announced by Justin was the second round of the private key bounty hunting campaign. Justin said that the campaign was “warmly received by the community”.

On their blog, the Foundation has stated that there has not been a single person who has successfully taken the money from the wallet since the announcement of the competition. Tronics around the world have taken part in the campaign but so far no one has won the reward, however, someone sent over 300 TRX to the wallet.

According to the announcement made by the Foundation, the first person to crack the wallet will be awarded 65,888 TRX. During the event, Justin Sun revealed two hints: the private key has 64 digits and the digits include the important dates of Tron’s history.
