Tron [TRX] Weekly Report: Tron DApps make it to the top 10 global DApps list, exchanges support BTT airdrop

Tron [TRX], the eighth largest coin on the CoinMarketCap list, just saw a flash hike on February 4 where is surged by over 10% in the past hour. However, the coin immediately corrected itself following the high. Tron [TRX] is the only coin to have registered a growth in the bear market and the foundation has matched its steps with the coin’s progress.

The Tron foundation announced the accomplishment of finishing the task of splitting the TVM into modules and testing the wallet’s multi-signature. However, the foundation did mention that few projects relating to the smart contract like designing side chain infrastructure and design deferred transaction technology solution is still underway.

The weekly report of the coin also mentioned that six DApps from Tron made it to the top 10 global DApps on the chart. The Chief Executive Officer and founder of the Tron foundation, Justin Sun had posted on Weibo:

“TRON’s global community is ever growing with the DApp ecosystem improving and thriving continuously.”

The report also marks the milestone of BitTorrent’s official launch on Binance launchpad. The report boasts about the record time in which the sale of BTT tokens took place on BNB and TRX crowdfunding sessions.

Tron Accelerator program concluded with 114 winning projects from 68 countries, which contributed to 53 million transactions in total. Apart from the program, the report states that Atlas Exchange API and basic features are ready for wallet integration and that TronGrid v2 is now available on the MainNet.

The report also mentioned that website redesigning for the wallet has reached completion and has been handed over to DappHouse with a special mention that android wallet v1.4.2 and extension wallet v2.0.14 support BTT.

Along with Tron updates, the report also talks about the support provided by various exchanges to BTT airdrop plans, which included Tronscan.org, Livecoin, UPbit, and Coinsuper. The report concluded with TRX landing on MXC, the digital asset trading platform.
