Tron [TRX] gets on the developmental fast track; updates try to counteract the bear’s hold

The cryptocurrency market seems to have been plundered by the bear again with popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin [BTC], Ethereum [ETH] and Tron [TRX] suffering its brunt. Despite the downtrend, the Justin Sun led cryptocurrency company does not seem to have hit the brakes on its development juggernaut.

Just recently, Tron announced that that it had surpassed Ethereum twice in terms of daily transactions, riling up fans and enthusiasts.

RonWes, a Twitter user stated:

“The HODLing is finally paying dividends. All hail Justin Sun!”

In the first instance, TRX had 33,563 more transactions than ETH while during the second time around, the disparity fell to 28,210 transactions. Justin Sun, the Founder of Tron tweeted:

“It is the first time that #TRON has surpassed #Ethereum in daily transaction. #TRX 599354 vs. #ETH 565791 in October 18th. It’s just the beginning! $TRX”

According to reports, one of Tron’s biggest boosts came when it was revealed that the cryptocurrency company had partnered with Chinese technology giant, Baidu. Tron stated that the main aim of the partnership was to integrate cloud computing resources into blockchain technology, thereby making it more accessible and seamless. The partnership also gives Baidu its first entry into the blockchain world with the advent of the Blockchain Commercialization Super Partner Program 1.0.

Tron was also in the news recently when it took to Twitter to call out YouTube’s worldwide outage, stating that there has to be a similar decentralized platform that does not suffer such problems. The company stated:

“Today, @YouTube users around the world had access issues on YouTube, YouTube TV and YouTube Music for almost 1 hour. Our #TRONICS believe that with the decentralized platform on #TRON, that kind of issue won’t happen. #TRX $TRX”

Recently, Tron also introduced ‘TronLink’, move to push the cryptocurrency and its components into the realm of mainstream usage. TronLink is a browser extension that is aimed to enable users to conduct Tron transactions without any hassle.
