Bitcoin Cash [BCH] is spreading everywhere because of its use cases says Roger Ver

On 7th October, Roger Ver, the CEO of Bitcoin.com and Mate Tokay, the COO of Bitcoin.com enlightened viewers and holders about the various updates in the Bitcoin Cash [BCH] network and even touched upon the interview between Ver and John McAfee.

Mate Tokay spoke about the Major League Triathlon, a sporting event where the prize money is distributed in the form of Bitcoin Cash. He stated that:

“What is really cool about this is that the winners are directly given their BCH prize money when they are on the podium itself. As in, the tournament will directly transfer the Bitcoin Cash from their wallet to the BCH wallet of the winners.”

Roger Ver also spoke about BigTickets.com, where users can buy tickets using the newly added ‘pay with BCH option’. The CEO also stated that the transactions can also be done through Bitcoin Core, which is done through the Bitpay platform. Bitpay was also in the news recently when Sunny Singh, the CCO of Bitpay stated that he had a positive outlook on the aspect of cryptocurrencies. He said:

“After a week that saw most coins feel the wrath of the bear, the market opened today, 8th October, to most of the cryptocurrencies seeing green on the charts. Most of the popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin [BTC], XRP and Litecoin [LTC] saw slight rises that also contributed.”

The two officials also spoke about HackerOne accepting Bitcoin Cash as a form of payment, a marked change from the usual Visa or Mastercard payments. HackerOne is a vulnerability coordination and bug bounty platform that connects businesses with cybersecurity researchers.

It was one of the first companies, along with Synack and Bugcrowd, to embrace and utilize crowd-sourced security and cybersecurity researchers as linchpins of its business model; it is the largest cybersecurity firm of its kind.

Roger Ver also spoke about the new update by Simple Ledger protocol that promises enhanced security and ease of use. They also briefly touched upon the interview between Roger Ver and John McAfee, where the two talked about the cryptocurrency space and developments. McAfee had stated:

“Cryptocurrency is merely the transactional, financial aspect of the blockchain but blockchain can be applied to anything in life. In blockchain, we have the record of truth – the actuality of what is or did happen. We never had that before.”
