Bittrex announces international company for blockchain tech and Malta exchange
Cryptocurrency exchange company Bittrex has announced the formation of Bittrex International Inc., an affiliate of Bittrex Inc., which will own and manage a global collection of blockchain technology-focused businesses operating outside of the United States.
In addition, Bittrex International is establishing Bittrex Malta Ltd., a secure, reliable and advanced digital asset platform operating in Malta and built on Bittrex’s trading technology. Bittrex Malta is designed to give coins and tokens a streamlined approach to not only be listed on the platform, but also to continue building trust and a larger global footprint.
Every digital asset listed on Bittrex Malta will be available for the Bittrex international network of partner exchanges to launch (consistent with their local laws), increasing the adoption of this technology around the world. Bittrex Malta is designed to operate within the regulatory framework established by the European Union and Maltese Government.
