ICO Pooling Update | Why No ICO Pool?

In this short video, I I explain why it will sadly not be possible to set up a public ICO pool. The legal concerns are simply too great and I cannot take such a risk as to expose myself to legal consequences.

It's not all doom and gloom though as I also explain why I believe that public sales are integral to the success of virtually all Crypto projects and they are therefore unlikely to disappear over time.

Private funding allows Crypto projects to gain from the knowledge of 'smart money' i.e. investors who have connections and can help the project succeed.

Public funding allows Crypto projects to build a network effect (explained in the video) thus increasing the value of their project.

With the benefits that both public and private funding offer, I don't believe we will see the end of either any time soon.

If a token sale is carried out correctly, legal issues should not be a concern.
