CityBlock Capital is a tokenised Venture Capital fund investing into the security token infrastructure layer - a strategy which I have been discussing intently in recent times.

Therefore, when I came across the company, it piqued my interest. With the extra tokenisation element, in theory, there should be liquidity for early investors on security token exchanges shortly after the fund closes.

I've been informed that tokens will be listed on SharesPost Exchange by the following times:

- 45 days after the close for non-US investors
- 1 year after the close for US investors
