The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Steven Seagal for unlawfully participating in an initial coin offering (ICO). The popular Hollywood actor has ultimately agreed to pay over $350,000 for violating the anti-touting law. Unlike JPMorgan, Visa is not directly venturing into the crypto space. But it is strengthening its presence at the intersection of fiat payments and cryptocurrency. And promises to deliver value to the cryptocurrency fintech ecosystem.
